Summary
Dean gets hit with a lust spell that makes him only be able to get hard over the person he looked first after getting hexed.
But the problem is that it was Sam.
The spell is potentially lethal and Dean does not want to die. His mind is completely fine, while his body is reacting in ways he doesn't want. They have very little options in how to deal with it.
The whole time, Dean is having issues with the situation while dealing with internalized homophobia. -
