Chapter Text
“Creeper, awwwww mann. So we back in the mines got our pickaxe swinging....” Kaveh sung. It was his day off, so having the freedom to do whatever he wanted, he decided to play the hit game Minecraft from the hit Swedish company, Mojang.
Since he always had ideas for buildings, Kaveh would express his imagination through the goofy ahh block game. None of his clients would ever request anything out of his dreams anyway.
Block by block, Kaveh had his heart set on building a new library for the server he played on with some of his online friends.
Plants_n_shi: yo green can u add a plant section to the library? i can write the books for it.
GreenHouseGuy43: Oh yeah definitely, would it be ok for it to be near the card game area?
Plants_n_shi: yeah
Plants_n_shi: Why tho?
–
Kaveh tried to recall why specifically anything Plants requested to be near the card game section. He remembered that another member asked for that. It was probably that one player, ILoveTCG.
Yeah.. it was definitely ILoveTCG.
Well, whenever he dm'd Kaveh, he was always talking about Plants or asking about build plans Plants had so he could get materials for him. Yeah, TCG definitely has a big fat crush. And not even he knows 💀. Bro is so oblivious that it's probably unhealthy for him.
GreenHouseGuy43: Idk, weird request from someone else.
“TCG probably doesn't want me to tell Plants.” Kaveh thought, typing out his next message.
GreenHouseGuy43: But yeah, I'll get started after I finish this section lol.
sent
"I'm never finishing this section."
Kaveh sighed. This freaking tower was going to take years to finish. At this rate Plants should just build the plant section himself if he's willing to write enough books to fill the shelves.
Click
"I'm home."
Kaveh turned around in his spinny gamer chair.
Closing the door, Kaveh's roommate, Alhaitham walked directly to his room, making no effort to take his coat off or even say hi to Kaveh.
(bookballer joined the game)
bookballer: Green, have you finished the library?"
Rising from his comfortable gaming chair as if he was a zombie, Kaveh prepared himself to type out a message, which would soon turn into three paragraphs of fighting.
GreenHouseGuy43: Bro?? I just started this project like a week ago??
Having any sort of conversation with bookballer was like yelling at a wall, except the wall was alive and had the personality of a masters diploma for mathematics, literature, engineering, languages, and like three hundred other things.
bookballer: Well I would have finished it at this point. What are you even doing?
Kaveh sighed once more.
"Are you kidding me." he muttered under his breath, laying back into his chair.
GreenHouseGuy43: Well some people actually have lives and jobs, bookballer.
Not even ten seconds after Kaveh pressed enter on his keyboard, he received a reply.
bookballer: Well, GreenHouseGuy43, I in fact do have a job. I just got home.
"Like Alhaitham, lol." Kaveh said out loud, rubbing his eyes.
GreenHouseGuy43: Whatever, I'll just continue building at MY PACE. Your builds always turn out ugly af anyways.
