Nico was gathering firewood around his arms when Lewis burst in with Jenson, he stammered as he stared at the sight of the pair, standing in the middle of the forest trail with Nico.
"Are you two seriously- Lewis! We were supposed to get wood for the fire-" he huffed as he met both of the mens eyes, glaring daggers at the wine bottles in hand.
Jenson immediately got up to defense, shaking the most biggest wine bottles in his arms "Well to be fair Nico your dad-" he started as he huffed out a laugh "has got an amazingly brilliant wine collection, a cellar in the middle of the forest? How hasn't anyone robbed you?! Like seriously- look at Lewis's catch!" he said as he pointed towards the Iron Maiden special edition wine in Lewis's hands.
Nico stared at both as if their heads were empty and muttered under his breath "Brilliant where..?" before getting back to the main topic, demanding answers from Lewis.
Lewis gave an apologetic look and spoke "I think it'll taste awful but the packaging is cool.. We already got some wood.. They're by the fireplace.." Lewis said calmly, hoping his reassurance would make his boyfriend less irritated at them.
Nico accepted Lewis's reassurance as he sighed and shrugged "Alright, they're cool, but you guys are lighting the fire up now-.. I just thought we agreed on no thoughts about drinking before safety and practicality.." he muttered which got unimpressed looks from both Jenson and Lewis.
Nico noticed their unimpressed faces and sighed "Alright, okay! But me and Seb are just working our asses off over here"
Nico gestured, slightly bouncing the wood pile in his hands..
Lewis already came forward, noticing the need of help as setting the bottles aside as he took some of the wood from Nico "Alright Jens- giddy up lad!" he teased as he pushed the wood to Jenson.
Jenson huffed as he struggled with the wood chops and bottles
"Mate- the wine is gonna fall jesus-"
Nico shot an amused look, reached over to kiss Lewis's cheek as a thank you for the help, then he snickered "What your strong hands can't handle it Jens?"
Jenson shot a look back but before he could even make a Jenson like comment back Sebastian rolled in
"Did someone say something about Jensons muscles? Our.. handsome man.." he muttered as he carried the wood into the carrier..
Lewis gave a grin at Jenson, watching his idiotic mesmerized face.
Sebastian clearly seemed to notice his language mistake as he gave a knowing smile and huffed "Pretty handy is what I meant to say- but handsome there you go that as well.."
Jenson sighed, fixing his position with his arms as he hummed
"Thank you Seb- see someone appreciates me around!"
Nico rolled his eyes at his words a bit and reached for the wood carrier "Don't we all do Jenson.. cmon the cabin is getting colder every second we whine and moan here-" he stated as he started walking towards the snowy trail for the grand cabin.
Lewis followed after gathering the wine, but turned towards Jenson and Sebastian, snickering "He's cold by the way- and has to pee, told me a few minutes ago.."
Jenson groaned, still stood in place "And me and you are 'whining and moaning'...? Gosh.."
Sebastian huffed a small laugh, breath condensing into the cold air
"I was the smart one wearing the hat-" as he pushed Jenson forward towards the already disappearing figures of Lewis and Nico..
Sebastians words gained a dumb grin from Jenson as he muttered "Yeah, not hard to figure out which one of you is the real German.." which clearly got Nicos attention and presence.
"I have ears by the way Jenson!" he yelled back until running after Lewis, snow crunching loudly under his uggs.
Sebastian grinned and stared up at Jenson "Don't say that.. He's as German as me.. but there's a reason why we haven't been to camping with tents even once.. so maybe I am a little more German.." he whispered the last part as he gave a mischievous looking smile, red cheeks squishing up to his eyes.
Then his legs and brain caught up, running after the two men "Cmon Jens! They're gonna lock us out!"
Jenson was left there in the quiet snowfall, his own cheeks dusting pink as he thought about Sebastians just now squishy cheeks and cute smile..
Then looked around the forest, shivering a bit, but not of cold..
It was spooky as hell alone in here, jesus he thought.
Suddenly his legs caught up as well, yelling after his friends not to leave him.
Lewis was the first to enter the cabin, taking his shoes off as he set the bottles by the old phone desk.. Helping Nico out as he watched the boy take his uggs off with delicate care.. "Cute shoes- aren't those-" he started carefully.
Nico huffed without even looking up "Girls shoes?" which to Lewis gave a small hum..
Nico huffed as he wiped his red nose "Yes- but they're-.. nice looking and practical.."
Lewis gave a teasing grin "Oh really?" and to that Nico looked up, face flushing red at Lewis's tone of voice..
He gave a small giggle as he stumbled the wood carrier onto the floor and lunged for Lewis's chest, tickling his arms as Lewis squirmed "Yes really Lew!"
They had their moment until Sebastian and Jenson emerged in.
Jenson pushed his shoes off messily enough, snow spitting onto Nico's uggs, wetting them easily. That made Nicos eyes widen and Lewis's teasing grin grow even more..
Sebastian did the same but maybe a tad bit more gently..
Unzipping his coat and taking his hat off, running off to the livingroom to probably find Kimi..Jensons gaze followed filled with jealousy
Sebastian pushed into the living room, eyes searching for Kimi's figure, then he sprung upstairs and ran through every bedroom. Stopping by the room next to the patio, opening the door shyly as his face lit up at the sight of Kimi.
"Kimi! You're here!" he huffed a happy gasp as he reached to hug the boy.
Kimi gave a surprised huff but hugged back "Hi" he only replied. "Sorry.. flight was delayed-" he then continued as he fiddled around with his hands.
Sebastian shook his hands around "Nein, nein alles gut.." he smiled.."just so happy you're here now- how was Finland again? Gosh I can't believe you got to miss half of the semester.. professors were horrible- expect Michael! Mein gott I have so many new stories!" Sebastian rambled as he seemed to realize the clearly overwhelmed Finn..
"Sorry.. sorry- I'll slow down.. Cmon are you unpacked already? Let me help.. ja.. ja I will.. you don't get to say no"

The hallway floor was now filled with a bunch of shoes and the closet filled with puffer coats, furs and scarves..
The fireplace was crackling nicely, Lewis sitting by it proudly to be the one who got it going.
Sebastian strolled through the old vinyls in the drawers, placing Christmas records aside as Kimi put them onto the record player, waiting for Sebastians opinion whether to change it or no.
Nico was setting the table with Jenson for supper, trying to ignore his obnoxiously bad dad jokes.. Though Nico had to admit he did chuckle at a few.
The whole cabin was in Christmas gear, decorations around everywhere placed by them the day they arrived. The fire gave a warming effect which helped everyone with their fatigue, which clearly lingered in the air.
Nico called everyone to eat as they all settled to the table, he himself chose a seat next to Lewis and nearest to the fire..
They'd made some traditional reindeer meat stew with all the cooking skills they'd learned from their mothers and 7th grade cooking classes.
Lewis chewed on the food, glancing at Nico. Frowning at the sight of his boyfriends visibly bothered expression "What's wrong..?" he whispered into Nico's ear so the others wouldn't notice.
Nico hesitated as he stirred the stew around in the bowl "It's pretty dumb.. just- I've never spent Christmas without mom and dad-" he huffed, not daring to look up at Lewis's reaction.
Instead of Nicos horror of Lewis making fun of him, he nodded in understanding "Nah I get it- not dumb at all.. you wanna maybe call 'em tonight? See how they're doing..?" he offered.. Hand shyly reaching for Nicos own..
Nico looked up and hummed "Yeah.. good.. good idea liebling!"

The day ended up with them brushing their teeth, they discussed about the wine and decided to party it out when Fernando and Mark would arrive.. They were all pretty much too tired to even care.
Lewis and Nico dozed off first, sleeping in their shared bedroom which was usually used by Keke and Sina Nicos parents.
Sebastian though was having a bit of trouble, cheeks flushed from the warmth of the cabin and definitely not the two boys infront of him offering to share a bed. Both looked exactly as eager and Sebastian would hate to disappoint either of them.. He rubbed his woolsocks together as he hesitated "You know I- I uhm am pretty cold.. So I thought maybe if we all three share a bed?" watched Kimi's and Jensons gears turn in their heads..
The two boys looked at each other and then back at Seb.. Both stammered but nodded a yes. So that's how Sebastian ended up sandwiched between Jenson and Kimi for the night, he had to admit this was a dream come true for an attention slut like him.. Though he'd never admit being one.
