   Summary

   The ZPD has dissolved following the assassination of Officer Judy Hopps. 3 years later the Zootopia Communist Party takes over by allying with Zootopia's biggest species population, bugs. Military wing of the ZCP, known as the Animal Army, has instated Martial Law. Their leader is none other than Chairman Nicholas Wilde, known amongst the common folk as The Zookeeper.

   This particular snippet focuses on the arrest of his greatest enemy, Leader Dawn Bellwether of the Mammalian Heritage Society.
