   Summary

   In the aftermath of the worst exhibition opening in the history of Spain, the employees of the San Yuste Repository will have to recover their working relationships and their professional reputation, along with their Director’s sanity, before anything worse befalls them.

   Myriad forces oppose them: environmental protestors, 16th century ghosts, museum politics, and the Grand Inquisitor himself. With two people already lost to the beast that is the Institute, it remains to be seen whether they will rise, whether they will fall, and whether Elisabeth and Philip can learn to trust each other again.
