Summary
After a spat with her mum about her dad, Phoebe wishes on a stick-on star to know where her father is. It was a stupid wish. Embarrassing even.
That all changes when Phoebe overhears her mum and uncle talking about her dad. She finds out he's living in Manchester and her uncle's headed there that same night.
