Summary
We all know the story, the Men of Iron rebel, the Aeldari fall, Slaanesh is born, the Heresy occurs and the galaxy is torn apart by the machinations of Chaos.
But there is another timeline where the Iron Men never rebelled, and humanity continued to develop. It began to rise against the terror, and fought against Chaos.
But, on Araneus Prime, there is an interesting soul. A man has created an empire which is slowly rising and uniting human worlds, conquering them through force or diplomacy. Humanity is becoming more technologically advanced and is uniting faster than it should. Tyrants are falling, Xenos are becoming extinct, powerful and godly AIs are helping humanity claim its place in the galaxy.
Yet, the depraved and debaucherous Aeldari Empire is present on the horizon, an ever growing threat. The Orks may evolve back into the Krork and rise. An ancient and slumbering army of metal is awakening far earlier than it should. And the threat of the triumvirate of the Ruinous Powers is growing. And an extragalactic swarm, whose true number may be larger than the galaxy is ever approaching the horizon.
