Summary
Ori saves a stranger, despite his elder brother Nori's suggestion he do the opposite. What follows is the beginning of the rest of his life after finding the dwarf he'd like to share it with completely by mistake.

Given King Thráin is a tyrant, discovering he saved one of his grandsons only makes his life that much more complicated.

Summary
What begins as an arranged marriage to assuage a restless kingdom following new information coming to light about Thorin's gold sickness thirteen years after Erebor was reclaimed, turns into two soulmates who have orbited each other their whole lives finally being brought together, which allows for a proper beginning to their lifelong love story at last.
Alongside the inception of a union of equals that will reshape an entire kingdom and beyond, Fíli and Ori as much as those they love most will learn they have more to contend with than anyone previously knew.
Politics and plot far past Erebor will ensue.
ACT I: Twin Flames Coalesce - COMPLETE.
ACT II: Sparks Ignite - COMPLETE.
ACT III: Flare Up - Ch. 48 to be posted by Oct. 11th, 2026. (Updates 1-4x a month, usually on Fridays.)
(Eventual smut for all tagged pairings, minus 1 for a developing QPR, as much as a sizeable amount of 'screen time' for each one too.)
