Will Byers can read minds—well, Mike's mind—sort of. They have to be touching, and Mike Wheeler is kind of very touchy? It's insane. In spite of this, he's not very good at understanding Mike's thoughts.

“What the hell…” Will opens the window before the third can be thrown.
“Will!”
“Mike– What…”
Mike was standing there, in the dark, right under his window, smiling like he was doing the most common thing in the world.
“What are you doing here?” Will whispered, leaning himself to get closer to him.
Don’t get him wrong, Will loved his boyfriend’s visits, and probably loved a little too much the image of Mike standing under his window just like a knight coming to rescue his princess, but still, it was the middle of the night. His whole family was sleeping.
“I missed you.” Mike answered, simply as that.
Will receives an unexpected visit in the middle of the night and things get a little heated.
