"Connor, what the fuck are you doing in my bed?" Hank grunted, trying to sound irritated and not at all panicked at the mental images his imagination was spinning about what he might have done while blacked out last night. (Not like Connor couldn't read his heartbeat or something and tell anyway, but hey, he could at least try to keep his dignity intact until he knew what was going on.)
Connor wasn't asleep, or in recharge or stasis or whatever-the-fuck. His voice was immediately alert, and as matter-of-fact as ever. Hank didn't know what he'd expected. "You asked me to stay with you, Hank."

Or; Hank drunkenly asks Connor to sleep in his bed, and then has to deal with Feelings the next morning.

Summary
Hank closes his eyes. He feels Connor’s fingertips at his hairline, the gentle scrub of Connor’s nails carding against his scalp. He dutifully works his wet hands through Hank’s silver hair until it’s damp and tame. By the time the strands are all slicked back and tucked behind his ears, he feels dazed, more relaxed than he has any right to be. The measured, careful motion of Connor’s hands have already soothed away the more superficial aching tension he’s been holding onto for the past few hours.
Hank is perfectly, 100% capable of taking care of himself. If only Connor would let him. -

"I didn't want you to die," Connor says finally, when Hank is right on the brink of sleep.
He's just plastic , Hank feebly tries to tell himself, somewhere in the recesses of his mind.
But plastic doesn't want anything.
After Eden Club, before they go to Riverside Park, Hank and Connor go back to Hank's house. They've been orbiting one another for days, and that tension finally comes to a head.

Just over a year after the revolution, things have returned to a relative normal in Detroit. Androids have all been receiving upgrades that allow them to properly feel human, including eating. As a unique prototype, it takes longer for Connor to have the same functions installed, just in time for a Thanksgiving meal at 115 Michigan.
