L starts talking again, much to Light’s chagrin. “You know you really should’ve checked the expiration date, Light-kun. I checked after you threw the package away and that ramen’s been expired since last year.”
Anger shoots through Light like lightning. “And. You. Didn’t. Tell. Me?” he grits out between his teeth, not without a bit of effort.
L shrugs like the asshole he is. “It’s not my job to tell you what you can and can’t eat. I’m not your mother.”
