Summary
For Jason Todd week 2026, title from EVOLVE by the warning.
It starts with the dreams. Each night, without fail, Jason dreams of Bruce. It's the same each time, Bruce asking for help. The quality of the dreams improves over time, letting Jason actually understand what Bruce is saying. He ignores it at first. When he finally does respond, it's too late.
Thrown into another dimension by the magic of the All-Blades, Jason must protect Gotham. He promised. Jason much figure out what this unknown magical threat is and stop it before it tears the city apart.

Summary
“You’re a long way from home, Dickie-Bird.”
Normally that would have gotten at least an eye roll or a half-hearted reprimand about using names while in costume. Tonight, though, all it got was a soft grunt.
“Oh, it’s you,” Dick said, sounding more resigned than surprised to have been woken up from whatever doze he’d fallen into. He was lying flat on his back, right next to an all-too-familiar overgrown plot. “Of course it’s you.”
“Not the warm welcome I was expecting,” Jason said. He lowered himself to the ground beside Dick, the grass soft and damp beneath them. “Then again, you are trespassing.”
In which Dick gets hit with a truth spell. Unfortunately for them both, Jason finds him.

She glances as both Bruce and Jason before sighing and continuing, “You’re both not going to like this but the only way to break it is to let it run its course. You have to speak the truth. All of it-”
“Absolutely not”, Jason says immediately, his voice sharp. He’d walked over to the table, leaning against it with his arms remaining crossed, a defensiveness taking shape in his posture and tension riding high on his shoulders. “I’m not doing any of that, not with him.”
