“Ugh. Remind me to stop pissing off people who use magic.”
And it sounds just like Peter, a little older and more tired, but it's definitely him.
The other body, who's covered in an insane amount of swords and guns, his red and black suit bulky and almost definitely hiding even more weapons, sits up and says, “No can do, baby boy.”
“You're no help,” the other man sighs, getting to his feet with a surprising amount of grace. He takes in the way multiple weapons are pointed at him, and then he turns and looks right at Peter. “Oh. Shit.”
“Who are you?” asks Steve, stepping forward. “Why do you have Spider-Man’s suit on?”
“Because I am Spider-Man,” the man answers, his lenses widening before narrowing like he's blinking. “Just. Not your Spider-Man. Probably. I'd remember if I was all buddy-buddy with the Avengers.”or: spideypool get yeeted into the mcu.

Peter was having a meltdown. Well, okay, maybe it's not that serious, but Deadpool was in his apartment. Like, his civilian identity apartment. But that's fine, the merc didn't know the guy in front of him was Spider-man, right?
Meanwhile, Deadpool was super thrilled to be in Spidey's house! The only question would be when would he stop pretending not to be Spider-man because that was getting old real fast.

Wade runs his thumb over Peter’s cheekbone, smoothing the pain pictured on his face. “Don’t worry about that, m’kay? Because I promise you, I’ll be there to catch you when you fall down. You’re safe,” Wade states firmly.
Peter smiles. “Because you’re here.”
Wade laughs lowly. “Yeah, because I’m here with you, baby boy.”
The pleasant silence could be cut in the room.
“Who let Wilson in?!”
“You must be kidding.” Steve sighs and glares at Tony.

It was winter, which meant that Peter could afford for little to no rest. He found that if he got too cold, Peter would settle down for a very very long nap and not wake up until 5 days later; a major inconvenience, if you ask him.
So during colder months in the city, Peter found every way to keep himself moving and warm: night shift at another job, more hours of crime fighting, or simply jogging until his legs felt like jelly, Peter found as many ways as possible to sleep as little as possible.
Of course, this could have absolutely NO consequences whatsoever... Right?
