Summary
Cass is an anthousai, a flower nymph. She has no voice and can only communicate by changing the flowers on her head. Steph finds her in a park and brings her home.
It isn't long after that Spoiler and Black Swan hit the streets. They catch the attention of both Tim Drake and Batman. Batman's attempt to help winds both of Steph's parents in jail and both girls being fostered by him.
Cass is walking a knife's edge balancing act, trying to keep her secret from the Batman while living with him. After all, everyone knows metas aren't welcome in Gotham.

Summary
Jason Todd would say that he’s doing fairly well. Or, as well as one can be when they’ve recently been brought back from the dead. The only hang up? He’s on the run with a child in tow after escaping the League of Assassins. No backup, no comms, no tech. Nothing and nobody other than the combined skills of him and the kid. (He tries not to think about how this sort of mission ended last time. Metallic blows on flesh. The ticking of a timer. The flames greedily coming towards him in slow motion, wreathing and wrapping around him—)
He needs to focus.
Jason has nowhere to go. He can’t call Bruce (he doesn’t trust Bruce, not anymore)— but Jason can’t think of any other connections he could exploit elsewhere. So the resurrected Robin goes to the next safe(ish) place he can think of to lay low for a while.
Dick’s old apartment.
Which means going back to Gotham, of course.
Ah, well. Jason had some unfinished business to take care of anyway.
