"Either, the two end up mating thus satiating the omega," She moved the two sticks back and forth. The woman then placed the tongue depressor in her left hand in her pocket and held up a pen, "or the omega latches on to a different wolf. You'll go through withdrawal symptoms akin to someone going through a detox treatment. The recovery process can be very long. I will let you know now, it will not be easy. If you go this route, just know that its okay if your wolf fights you. It will see your relationship with the other wolf as cheating on its mate, but that is a normal reaction. It will hate that you are with someone else. However, your omega will eventually cease craving the previous wolf. Its sated by your new partner."
"And the third?" He prompted.
"When untreated, the symptoms will progress and in most cases can fatal."
