Welcome to The Wolf and Hound Archive! The original collection was located at www.wolfandhound.com, and created to house works posted to the Sirius Black and Remus Lupin Yahoo! mailing list.
This collection is open to new works that focus on the relationship between Sirius Black and Remus Lupin.
The import of this archive to the AO3 was approved by the OTW Open Doors Committee on 1 October 2015, and began in December 2015. The import was completed in February 2016.

Summary
Ron Weasley's body was found while he was house-sitting for a neighbor. One of the last persons to see Ron Weasley alive was his adoptive sister Hermione Granger. The case has remained unsolved. Ten years go by, and after being fired from The Daily Prophet, Harry Potter and his best friend-slash-partner Draco Malfoy have a chance encounter with Ginny Weasley. They decide to take a look into the case and come up to the startling conclusion that Ron may have been murdered by a serial killer.

Summary
Set during Order of the Phoenix (Part 1) and Half Blood Prince (Part 2), Remus and Tonks lean on each other to survive prejudice, loss, and the bitterness of war. Wolfstar is canon. Remus Lupin is the sexy queer icon the world needs, and Tonks is genderfluid and punk as hell.
Music is central. Soundtrack ranges from Bowie to Talking Heads to REM - "you're from the seventies, but I'm a nineties bitch."
This is also my first fic ever - enjoy!

After a prank over the holiday break, the few Gryffindors left, sleep in the common room, and Sirius and Remus sleep in the far back, under a blanket fort made from cushions, a table, and a blanket.
Excerpt:
All in all, it was an excellent prank executed by The Marauders, even if the whole of Gryffindor now was forced to sleep in the common room. Thankfully, it was also the first week of the winter holidays, so not a lot of people were there. Peter was home for the holidays, and James was heading back the next day, much to McGonagall’s pleasure. James always spurred things on and out of control.“Hold still.” Lily chided Remus.
Remus just rolled his eyes.
She pinched his nose. “Don’t get sassy with me, Moony.” She muttered.

Notes: After the amazing response to my little flufflit Midnight I wrote this (in a class, again.) It does work as a companion, but you don't need to have read Midnight to understand it. It's still fluff. It's still short. This one takes place fifth year, right before the trial run of the Animagus transformations. I really hope I got the timeline right.
