Summary
It is Zuko’s 27th birthday and the two main girls in Zuko’s life, Mai and Ty Lee, want to make sure it is a memorable one. Azula has redeemed herself and has made herself an invaluable asset to Zuko’s regime, as well as an indispensable part of Ty Lee’s and Mai’s professional lives, but Azula is longing for the closeness she once had with her brother and former friends. Mai knows that Zuko has long held feelings for Azula and that the same is true for Azula. So Mai, with Zuko’s and Ty Lee’s blessing, orders Azula to join them in Zuko’s chamber to see if she has really changed….and maybe because Mai and Ty Lee miss having Azula's companionship inside and outside the bedroom.

Summary
Things are going well in the Fire Foursome personal lives for their kids are growing up to be fine royals and even finer people but their professional lives have become very hectic as Zuko seeks to reform the Fire Nations’ government in order to prevent the rise of another Sozin and prevent various radical groups from gaining the legitimacy to overthrow the monarchy. But in his efforts to succeed, Zuko not only neglects his girls and kids, but also himself. And with all their previous attempts to make him course correct failing, Azula comes up with a prank that will not only end in pleasure for the Foursome, but hopefully make Zuko realize the error of his current path.

However, after seeing Sokka and Suki’s newborn twins, the Foursome start to wonder how nice it would be to have kids of their own while also remembering that Zuko has no heirs outside of Azula, leaving his dynasty in a precarious position. And so the Foursome wonder what they can do until Azula states the obvious….

Azula then calmly told Ty Lee, “Only an amateur would think that would be a smart plan since I am certain Mai and my brother would see right through it.
“Not to mention, Mai and Zuzu haven’t seen each other in over three years, so who knows if they were still attracted to each other.”
“But what I do know is that we were my brother’s closest and only friends, so by having dinner with us, he will hopefully realize that our companionship is worth more than whatever he thinks this rotten city has for him.” Azula said, confident that Ty Lee would see where she was coming from and stop asking questions.”
Or a Fire Foursome take on what would happen if Azula decided that making Zuko have dinner with her, Ty Lee, and Mai was a better plan to get him to come back to the Fire Nation than setting Zuko and Mai up on an obvious date.

Or more specifically, despite the physical and mental scars she left on them, they find her absence weighing heavily on them.
So, in an effort to get rid of their lingering feelings, they decide to visit their least favorite prisoner and thoroughly debase her.
But is there more to the situation than that, and in the end, does it even matter?

Zuko and Mai have time after time managed to put their wayward subjects on the right path using carefully constructed punishments but have never managed to come with a punishment able to correct their most loyal, yet disobedient, subjects in Azula and Ty Lee.
So, will Zuko and Mai finally be able properly punish their disobedient brats, or will Azula and Ty Lee prove to be too much for the Fire Lord and Fire Lady once again? And in the end, does it even matter whether Zuko and Mai manage to correct Azula and Ty Lee’s errant behavior?

For after butting heads over their bedroom dynamic, they decide to seek Azula and Ty Lee’s counsel in resolving their dispute. This, even though the newlyweds had just come back from their honeymoon and had given explicit instructions to everyone in the Palace to not interrupt the last night of their vacation unless there was an absolute emergency.
So, will Mai and Zuko be able to obtain Azula and Ty Lee’s aid? Will Azula and Ty Lee be able to help Mai and Zuko resolve their marital dispute? And will the resolution of said dispute be easily had, or will it force Mai, Zuko, Azula, and Ty Lee to learn and accept things about each other and themselves they never had to until now?
