The world doesn’t know of you, off the grid far away living in the middle of nowhere a lightly forested area. You have your reasons, not just antisocial you wanted to stay alone and to not be heard of, however.
Now that’s actually where your issue starts with how unknown and mysterious you are, some ‘government officials’ had placed the ambassador of monster kind into your care after being zipped away from their monster parents and passed down unto you, the heat is on and the world is watching you both the good, neutral and bad eager for something out of you.
And that skeleton too, who really doesn’t trust you and wants you gone just as much as you want him gone.

Summary
You work at the hospital an open one no ordinary and allowing all humans and monsters alike, you love this job you really do but you had to admit to yourself things were a little bit easy for you as a doctor there especially with your degree.
However while things there are easy they did become a little less easy when an agitated bunch of monsters came all bustling in with a small human child trying to keep a strong face with a broken arm, you can see the bone it’s bad and it looks bad, especially seeing the kid’s surrounded by monsters.

Such things being the very tie around your wrist to the incomprehensible Eldritch horror bound by fragile magic to be under your whim the only thing keeping it from killing you unless it desires to die itself.
You’re going to have to do your best to keep the magic tenfold, otherwise an incomprehensible more than pissed eldritch horror will be unleashed into a fragile universe.
