A collection of works related to my two Final Fantasy XIV characters and of how their paths will entwine.
Wilan Serulia, Warrior of Light and champion of Hydaelyn, who feels trapped in a role that's bigger than he is.
Delen Aldanea, a werlytian refugee determined to make the most of her life after escaping Garlean occupation of her country.

Notes:

My intent with these stories is to "fill in the blanks" of the MSQ, and it expects prior knowledge of the canon FFXIV events.

In my stories, I like to explore the psychologal profile of my characters, the events that shape them, the traumas that mark them, and how they choose to overcome them. I'm making an effort to see my characters as complex individuals, for whom the things they say don't necessarily reflect what they think, and the things they think don't necessarily reflect what they want.
Conflicted beteen duty and desire, between their responsibilities and their own happiness, ignoring and silencing their instincts, struggling to figure out what they want, let alone what the other wants.

If you choose to read these stories, expect frequent introspection, a little slice of life, and a narration that pays specific attention to the emotional state of the characters.
Oh, and also at least a couple of gpose illustrations per chapter.

In closing, thank you for your interest. I'm usually a visual artist but I recently decided to give writing a shot, encouraged by the positive feedback from my friends.
