“What about the Commander? Is he sick?” Tachihara asks, coughing for a minute after he’s done talking.
“I don’t know. I haven’t seen him. How about this, I’ll get you two set up, then I’ll find the Commander?”

Summary
Teruko drums her fingers against her leg as she waits for the results of the Hunting Dogs’ evaluation. Either they’re about to go to jail for helping commit war crimes, or they’re going to be cleared of any wrongdoing. Her uniform feels so wrong even as she waits to see if she’s ever going to wear it again after today.
A man walks out of the conference room in front of her, and offers her two papers. The top one explains that they have been cleared, and she lets out a breath of relief.
Maybe now we can go back to working, and back to some semblance of normal.
