Summary
Post Wedding Squanchers leaves the Smith family distraught and falling apart. They learn to cope, much like humans do, but not everyone copes in the same ways. And, much like humans do, the Smiths learn to cope in some of the most detrimental of ways. Common sense says that things would improve in the absence of Rick. Common sense was wrong.

Summary
Crazy space-time shenanigans leads Morty to meet a younger Rick struggling through his teen years on the harsh streets of Queens New York. Reluctant at first, the two eventually become an inseparable duo traveling the multiverse both saving and causing chaos wherever they go. There will be tentacles, shit talking aliens, corporate breast milk, the space mafia, and a fuck ton of other unmentionable crazy shit as they travel throughout the universe. Meanwhile, Rick struggles to find himself and Morty's past catches up with him.
(The One-Shot Prequel called "Never Look Back" gives a little more insight to how Morty began his adventures and the statues of Summer and their parents. But not necessary to read for this to make sense.)Series
