Summary
However, there's something that catches his eye above all. A plaque near the end of the Batstorage, reading "CADMUS" below whatever the shelf holds. Tim hesitates for only a second before drifting over, trying to shift through the items without getting injured. The last thing he needs is to break something, or worse, accidentally activate something. Who knows what it could do, especially if something's broken?
As if in response to his thoughts, there's a sharp, jolting pain, and he expects to see something catastrophic when he looks down, but—no. The base of his palm has been cut, steadily dripping onto some broken glass from what seems to be (or rather, once was) a cloning pod. He pulls his hand back, using his uninjured hand to pull a pack of antimicrobial wipes from his pocket, and turns back to the pod.

Summary
Tim is having a bad day, and it's very quickly becoming worse, but he's trying to make the best of it. Which isn't very good, but...he's pretty sure that's what you're supposed to do, anyway. At least he's back to patrolling, no longer benched because of his whopping four broken ribs and mild concussion.
(Why can he feel someone watching him? Is this what Bruce and Dick, and eventually, Jason, felt like when he was watching them? Should he be worried?)
Try as he might, he doesn't have a good feeling about today.

or, Tim accidentally adopts a daughter. His boyfriend takes it okay. His family takes it...okay.

Summary
Only select individuals have wings. Jason Peter Todd, Bruce Wayne's late son, was known for his stunning osprey wings.
When Tim grows in wings at the ripe old age of eight and a half, he's overjoyed. When a Robin with actual wings takes to the sky, he's even happier; he spends hours comparing their feathers, the colouration, the length, the bird species they come from—yes, the second Robin is an osprey and he's a a peregrine falcon; no, he doesn't mind. All that matters is that he gets to share his wings with someone else, even if they'll never talk. Even if his parents bind his wings to his back before every gala and charity event. Even if he feels like a mockery of Robin when Jason dies.
Years later, he never expects to hear the whistling alarm call of an osprey as he bleeds out.

Summary
Tim felt nauseous, and angry, and tired. He was so tired of this, of everything. Of the constant horrors of Gotham's streets, of the crushing weight of being the one to protect them. It was too much. Nothing ever changed, why didn't anything ever change? Was he really that useless? If it was his role to protect Gotham, as their Robin, why couldn't he do something as simple as that?
Or
I wanted Tim Drake to have a gun.
