Koana sighed. ‘Right. You were likely too busy hunting the local wildlife, I’m told, to fully take in the splendour of Sharlayan’s society.’
‘And eating,’ Wuk Lamat replied with a vigorous nod. ‘I had the spiciest — Wait!’ Her eyes suddenly narrowed and her brow furrowed. ‘Koana… Did you ever eat at The Last Stand?’
The Eternal Queen’s machinations have been foiled. Following a dazzling celebration of peace and reunion between the Turali people and Alexandrians, Gulool Ja has been asked to join the Vows of Resolve and Reason to conclude an important process.

Summary
Jealousy had no place in Eternal Sphene’s directives. She had been programmed to smile like her namesake. One farewell gift, or perhaps a welcome-back gift instead: a dream of your choosing. Her holographic hand caressed the patient’s face through the coffin and faded.
Dawn — the kind of dawn that had not graced Living Memory in an age, has come back at last. The return of dawn calls for the return of another element, and so, as the Meso Terminal shuts down, the remnants of Eternal Sphene set off one last process termination.

Summary
Becoming a leader of a nation ain’t an easy feat. All the better for her to not be seen in the company of the Butcher.
Regrettably, the age-old adage remained true: Absence made the heart grow fonder, and this applied as much to Fordola’s deceased father and friends as it did to the woman that Fordola hated she pined for.
After the liberation of Ala Mhigo, Fordola could never allow herself forgiveness, and her feelings for Lyse do not deserve attention even after the events at Pagl'than. However, Commander Hext may have her own thoughts on the matter.

‘Oh, yes, quite advanced,’ Jammingway added. ‘And very purpley. They loved purple, didn’t they?’

Summary
The many levels of the volcanic cavern unfolded before them, a manifold love letter to Sharlayan ingenuity, written in marble whites, verdant greens and the occasional brown of a windmill blade.
Alphinaud rubbed his nose. ‘It’s certainly a lovely view.’
‘My favourite spot.’ Alisaie turned her head away to hide a slight smile.
In their early years in the Studium, Alisaie would sometimes drift to Labyrinthos to unwind. Her brother would join her every once in a while, though his studies were never far from his mind, to his sister’s displeasure.

Summary
There it is again, Arenvald thought as he took in his surroundings. That dream.
He was standing under the welcoming sunlight outside the building that concealed the Scions’ headquarters, the Waking Sands. The stone bricks were greying with salt and grime.
Like a locket hanging by Arenvald’s chest, the remembrance of Vesper Bay is forever stored in his heart. A’aba and Aulie are long gone, yet they remain with him. In-between missions, he goes for another visit.

The retelling of the cosmic exploration initiative took a few more bells, but nothing could take the wind out of Namingway’s sails as he relived some of the most thrilling adventures he had had. Exploring with my fellow loporrits and those of Etheirys made for a completely different experience compared to when I mapped the star all on my lonesome!
I wish I’d had company back then, too. Oh well. What’s done is done.
With Etheirys mapped and the firmament in his reach, what more could a red-robed loporrit desire?
Freshly returned from his journey across the cosmos, Namingway is summoned to the Palace of the Watcher to regale an old friend with exploratory tales and share his future plans.

Summary
She said it. Cahciua had this habit (Shale assumed that the Shetona did it with everyone) of calling people “honey” from time to time. It was a perfectly acceptable term, but for whatever reason, hearing it from Cahciua’s speakers left a knot inside Shale’s throat.
It was nothing like listening to one of Honey B. Lovely’s broadcasts. The word meant something to Shale when carried by that Yyasulani-accented warmth, and she had no clue what it was.
In the Backrooms, Shale is working on decrypting a new batch of files while Cahciua keeps her company remotely. Prompted by the contents of the files, their conversation drifts towards their musical tastes.

An applause of loporrit proportions filled the broadcast. When the noise died down, a bashful, contralto voice took its place: ‘Hi, er, hello, that’s me, Trna.’
Talkingway has been looking into spicing up his broadcast for the people of Etheirys. What better way than to reach out to the very same folks that the loporrits collaborated with to establish the first-ever space race?

Summary
In fact, Eutrope doubted the efficacy of the memory removal process. It was true that it seemed to work flawlessly for others, but she was special. Her ambition and drive were unmatched. She had taken to electrope like few other descendants of Tural. Her rise through the Arcadion had been meteoric.
If someone precious to me had disappeared, I’d know, she had confidently thought in those days. I’d feel it, a phantom signal of some sort, a flash, a pulse.
The Arcadion has been reborn, and its first broadcasts are aired right as the restoration of memories in Solution Nine enters its full swing. Eutrope seeks a new passion to latch onto after getting burned out on fighting.
Much as she would like, however, her memory is not as immaculate as electrope.

Summary
From the far end of the carriage, a tan, blonde woman with long curls and an eye-length fringe batted her eyes towards Iyaate. She wore a frilly, bright yellow coat with red ribbons. Below the plush seating of the carriage, her pristine white boots were just begging to be dipped into rroneek shit.
Still processing her feelings over what happened to her hometown, Iyaate makes an unexpected acquaintance on the train ride back from Heritage Found. Honey may be lovely, but so what?

Summary
‘So, you’re Antarcticite,’ his gruff voice offered by way of a greeting when she drew near. ‘Lady of Oblivion’.
I have to get used to this, she thought as she attempted to control the heat climbing her neck. I knew it would happen once I said it out loud — once I challenged the Tyrant in public. ‘Yes, I am. And you’re Estinien?’
‘Aye.’
‘Ready to spar?’
He uncrossed his arms. ‘Always.’
Before he departs Tural and makes for a corner of his own in the realm at large, Estinien is convinced to take part in a show match in the Arcadion. It’s quickly over and proves of little interest to Antarcticite, an Eldite girl with dreams of becoming the Heavyweight Champion.
So why is this Dragoon from beyond the dome suddenly interested in her?

Summary
The Everkeep cake was not a single structure, but rather, thirteen layers stacked from top to bottom. The layers were not resting on each other either, but held up by swiveling platforms attached to a pole next to the cake tower. Each cake, or cake-alike, was only as tall as the room up to the platform above it. If you spin them, you can make the cake layers go to different places. The bottom-most layer was nearly at his feet, and the topmost was taller than him.
Sphene, Shale, Wuk Lamat and Koana have decided that it is Gulool Ja’s birthday.
