Summary
Since I'm a big fan of trying out more unusual Black Sails pairings and happens to have a weirdly weak spot for Ned Low, here's some asexual modern AU Billy/Ned fluff no one asked for :D (Silverflint is only briefly mentioned, but they show up.)
If you're a fan of History Channel's "Vikings" and remember Tadhg Murphy's role Arne, or have seen this awesome actor in another role than Ned Low, "my" Ned will be far closer to those than the Ned Low character. And Billy is definately not a "Black Sails season 4 Billy".

I hope it doesn't come off weird. There's homecooked dinner, Molière's "Tartuffe" with Irish slang, silly nicknames, insecurity and a lot of cuddles.

Someone - and by someone I mean aro-stova (differentsizesofinfinity) - wanted a wedding and well... it's not really the wedding, but Billy's and Ned's wedding night and a little glimpses from the wedding. I did some research on asexual couples stories about their wedding nights and I loved it. The pressure to have romantic and hot sex on the night after a fucking exhausting wedding is a thing I've always thought to be more than a little weird anyway.
And to make my sappy nerds even more unconventional, the wedding night is actually their first night together in their new home. Major warning for cavities, nausea and a lot of romantic(?) Bathory songs I even added links to... <3 (Yes, I thought of you, AshesOfYggrasil)

This is entirely self-comforting fluff to handle the pain a poor Billy Bones fan has to suffer in season 4. I needed my fluffy, domestic ace husbands - and a lighthearted John Silver - to wrap my wounded fangirl heart in a comforting AU blanket. But in this fic, poor Ned needs it more than I do.
