Even so, however... it created a barrier between them that the content director did not like. At least with mythical beings like Calli, she could still connect with the reaper based on her personality and likes. In this case, though, it was hard to engage with her coworker [Omegaα] - someone who did not laugh at jokes, or have any real hobbies she could discern. This did not help with the fact that the god had a range of abilities beyond anyone else she knew - space and matter being like putty to them if they wished - which could terrify her at times.
That was not to say the blue-haired woman did not try to connect with them. Every time she tried, though... she always felt like she never walked away with any understanding of them. Questions about the silver-haired being’s favorite foods or aspirations fell flat, because why would a god have those? And frankly, the less she asked about their full capabilities, the better for her sanity. There was just too little for her to latch onto so far.
They were simply on opposite sides of the spectrum - one of the most baseline of mortal races and the other the highest of immortal races... and she was somehow their boss.
