When the first of them had risen, nobody batted an eye. The bustling streets of the city had simply turned away, ignoring the screams of the woman in front of the flower cart in the marketplace as she swung her fists and sobbed at the man grasping for her wrists.
Set four years after CK (No KOS or ROW cause I haven't read them yet) The dead have begun to rise in Ketterdam looking alive and well, as though they hadn't died at all. At first Kaz doesn't believe it, thinking it's all an elaborate hoax, until Nina shows up in the city with a very much alive Matthias in tow.
The world leaders have put a price on her head, believing that since she is the only known Grisha to have power over the dead, that she is the cause of the "miracle" so for the first time in four years the crows must get back together to protect their friend, and unravel the mystery before things get too out of hand.
