When she sees her son in the hospital room her quirk starts to act up...

    Even though Izuku regained consciousness Inko's quirk started to act up ever since.

    midoriya izuku has fought against everything that's ever been said about him to get this far, and there's no way in hell he's gonna give up at the last stretch. (and when he makes it, because he has to and he will and he does, he will look back at where he once was and whisper to himself, words from his mum chiming in the back of his skull: you did so well, you've made it so far and you're doing your very very best.)

    or: quirkless, trans, autistic and adhd midoriya izuku that struggles very hard, inko believing in her son and izuku (and his friends!) working through things that have haunted izuku longer than he's had the words to truly describe what's floating through his head.
