“Your legs good or you want me to get a pillow or something?” his sweet Master asked, running a large claw over the owl’s naked and trembling rump. “You’re gonna be here for hours, after all. Speaking of... Remind me. How many staff do you have in this place? Two dozen? Two hundred?”

Future him insists that he can take care of Stolas so he has nothing to distract him from stalking his employees since Stolas always wants to talk. He's about to go through the back entrance of the loading dock per future him's instructions when the next level weirdest shit happens.

Blitz was used to chaos, he really was. Blood on his clothes, multiple people trying to kill him from all different directions, blowing brains off, he was good at that kind of thing. But this kind? He never got used to the type of chaos that forces you to talk, or the one where at least you should try to.
Stolas and him stopped talking a week and a half ago, over some stupid misunderstanding that kept them yelling at each other for hours before that. They still had to share the living room together, still co–existed just fine, so they were still together. Just not really.
Either way, none of that mattered now because Loona was yelling at him on the phone to come back to the office right now because Stolas had collapsed on the floor. Panic took not even a second to set in, and guilt was eating away at his bones.

'At least I wouldn't make a mess for the others too clean up'. I let out a trembling sob and my tail gripped me tighter as my hands were full. He looked up at the skies again and couldn't help but wish for a different view and welcome company. 'Not that I deserve it'
