So, still numb from Bramblestar's death, she appoints a deputy and tries to move forward.

Jayfeather nodded his approval, and the Clan shuffled, stirring, returning to its grieving patterns, but buoyed with less worry than before. The reassurance that they weren't left leaderless was calming.
