A one-off -- a fix-it for Season 8, Episode 21 - "Holding On." Takes place during the scene in Wilson's car, after House has taken him to dinner and tried to con him into starting chemo and continuing to fight cancer.
Wilson requests one thing from House -- the big ask. What if House had answered differently?
Written as a throwaway to satisfy my own momentary jones for a happy ending, while working on a longer more angsty fic -- but I kinda liked it, so here it is. Maybe more to come.
