Summary
Katsuki didn’t necessarily dislike the guy, they had grown up together after all. They had a falling out once Katsuki had decided to pick on him for their entire middle school experience, only to end up teaching at the same high school. Graciously Deku had never brought up Katsuki’s bullying and Katsuki took that as his sign to avoid him entirely. He could do that much for him in exchange for his silence. Avoiding him wasn't hard considering Katsuki taught gym while Deku taught history.
As much as Katsuki was tempted to avoid him, he wasn’t going to let him mess with his students' attendance. He’d always been confrontational after all. So, as soon as he got his first free period he hunted down Deku’s classroom. Knocking on the already open door until he picked his head up from the papers he was grading. -

Except there are certain moments when Rintarou wants to melt into the ground. It's stupid. A flash of grey eyes in his direction and suddenly, he loses all sense of himself. For some reason, he can't figure out how to talk normally to Osamu when there isn't a volleyball to distract him from the way the corners of Osamu’s mouth crinkle when he laughs. No one warned him that the “quieter” twin could make him speechless.
So like any good coping mechanism, Rintarou leans heavily into the familiarity of teasing. His words still come out choppy, grasping onto whatever will hide his stutter best, but at least he's not just staring at the guy like an idiot. No, instead, he's making fun of how many different shapes his carrots are cut into.
