Tony gently tapped the Little Red Book against his palm as he watched Bucky work through the last of his triggers. After this session, he was done and could be declared trigger-free and would be able to slowly be reintroduced back into society again.
The doctors and psychologists, however, would declare him “Programming Free”, for none of them knew about the full, actual contents of the Little Red Book.
The original one, that is.
Or: Tony finds the original red book of all of the triggers Hydra programmed into Bucky's brain, and uses them to trigger another one of Bucky's alter egos. This one, however, is the total opposite of The Winter Soldier. This one is so eager for Tony's touch that it makes him a little bit dizzy just to think about it.

Tony and his friends keep talking, but Bucky blushes as he feels eyes on him. He knows that the Avengers are well aware of some of Tony's uses for him. Steve made thar clear in his blatant acknowledgment of the fact. Despite his nerves, Bucky is able to pour each a glass without issue.
Then he gets to the very drunk Tony.
Grabbing Bucky’s wrist, he causes him to slosh the drink and spill it. Luckily, it only lands on Bucky's pants and not the expensive carpet.
"Oh, my. What have I done. Let me help you." Tony deadpans, winking at Clint.
