Summary
Tommy and Tubbo are brothers with shit home lives. Because of that, they run off to a house in the woods that Tommy’s uncle owns that has been abandoned for the most part. During their time there, they learn that there is a family of ghosts (Wilbur, Techno, and Phil) in the house that had lived there many years ago, but they had tragically died in a house fire.
This is heavily inspired by WolfyTheWitch’s ghost au because I found it recently and decided to hyperfixate on it lol. Though, a few aspects such as plot points and world rules are changed. If you want to see the original au, just look at #ghostyboysinc on Twitter.

Phil only scoffs as his wings puffed and ruffled, shaking off any of the snowflakes that collected on his feathers, “That’s bullshit and you know it. You’re dead Techno,…you’re gone.” He says bitterly as he reaches up to wipe his face clean as the tear tracks made the wind only more harsh on his face.
“But am I truly?”
Out of pure habit, Phil glances to his side for the first time in what seemed like decades to where his old friend’s voice was now floating into the brittle wind. The presence of the Blood God now missing, leaving behind a sad and lonely headstone already being covered by a light layer of snow. A harsh reminder that the Angel of Death was now truly alone for the first time in centuries. Without the Blood god attached to his side at all times, it felt so wrong. It made Phil feel sick. It made his heart ache in his chest and his lip to quiver.
TL;DR
Phil and Techno have a chat except Phil’s grieving and Techno’s dead.Series

Tommy's been through the rough and tough of life, which never seems to give him a break. But now? now it was worse than ever. Dream has escaped prison, Ranboo and Techno were DEAD, Phil's nowhere to be seen, Sam has gone mental, and Tubbo blames Tommy for this?
Tommy decides to screw this and runs off into the woods. There he meets the goddess Clara who offers Tommy a new chance at life, to which he accepts.
Now Tommy's got a whole new problem; Being a good father and family member.
Past relationships are fixed and strained to the thinnest possible point, families are made and broken, and there's a lot of bashing here. Also Tommy may or may not dream about an alternate universe girl version of himself wait what?

Something rustled in the distance and Tommy took the first step inside the house after a brief moment of hesitation. And immediately he wanted to leave and not come back. “Dad?” he called but received no answer. “Phiiil? Not funny,” he dropped his bag in the middle of the hallway next to the stairs that lead upstairs. The small sack of lavender in his luggage served as a small source of safety as he walked further inside. “Dad. Where did you go? Dad?”
Loud thumps from the back of the house indicated where his dad was and Tommy made it over as quickly as possible, through the front hall and the living room. They were used to everything beyond life and death and the paranormal, but to say it didn’t have an effect on Tommy would be a damn lie.

In which Phil and Tommy move into a new house and it doesn't go as smoothly as they'd hoped. Tommy is warned not to dig up old-town gossip but does it anyways. What follows is hopefully not related to haybales.

It had only been a few weeks since the incident, but Wilbur still can barely look at the closed door in his house that still has his bloody handprint. It became easier when he gave himself something to do in the form of killing whoever got his attention and getting a sick form of revenge by killing those Technoblade used to fight amongst. He still hasn’t dared to go near the avians that sometimes pass him by, knowing that the Angel of Death and the Shrike would be the first to go after him.
Or Wilbur is haunted by the cruel image of his dead twin, Technoblade, while he attempts to hunt down for those responsible for his brother's death. He was not expecting the clingy avian named Tommy or his father, Philza, who seems to know a little too much.

Whenever anyone spoke about haunted houses, images of Victorian and Edwardian homes immediately spring to mind. It's always old houses, always ones with history and mystery and weight to them. A presence to them, a foreboding fortress against a skyline. Afterimages of ghostly ladies in fancy dresses and men in old fashioned suits.
You never hear about modern houses being haunted or about ghosts that were wearing jeans and obnoxiously colored plastic jackets.

The assassin Tommy had killed was in front of him, having probably followed him since the manor. He was very surely a full-on ghost, despite him having never seen one in person before now, here to haunt him until…something, probably, he didn’t know! He wasn’t a fucking ghost expert or something.
Tommy looked back to the fire, the first drag of panic making his breath catch in his throat. “This cannot be happening.”
“I’m afraid it is.” The ghost leaned forward, grin widening. “Boo.”
Tommy only stared at him blankly.
OR
Ghosts can only be seen by the person that killed them. Now, if Tommy were anybody else, he might be panicking and freaking out right now. But because he was Tommy, he wasn't, and he was actually looking forward to being friends with this ghost of the person he killed.
What? He's lonely, okay? Give him a break.

The newly emancipated Bench Trio needed a place to stay, This house is fairly cheap. While an apartment would be cheaper, this house comes furnished. They can survive with bloody furniture and Walls. They have Ramen, Pots, Chips, and microwave meals.
In the freshly on-the-market house, two ghosts sit at the Kitchen Table watching the three boys bring in crap junk food, and microwave meals, and store them. The ghosts sit appalled as they leave to go to work after bring in nothing more than a few suitcases and 3 mattresses. These kids can't survive like this! This is such an unhealthy way to Live! Phil would know what to do!
TLDR: Bench Trio move into a haunted house, the Ghost SBI judges their food choices and decides its up to them to fix these kids' eating habits.

"Why do you have that on, sunshine?" The man's voice sounded sorrowful and affectionate.
Theseus couldn't be more than eighteen, the man— his brother, really, twenty-four.
His tears ran down his face, uncontrollable; "'Cause you are gone… and I miss you." Theseus held his gaze down to the floor.
"Why do you have to be gone so long?" He whispered into the dimly lit room, "I want you here," his voice cracked, full of pain.
"Don't worry about it, runt." Theseus almost felt a hand brush his hair to move it from his ear. Almost. "It's boring stuff."
This time, when he looked up, Technoblade wasn't there to pick him up and knock his crown off.
He wasn't there. Theseus finally realized he never would be— not anymore.
And, when Theseus died in the far, far future, he would be swept up into his brother's arms, coddled.
When Theseus walked out of that room, he was Tommy.
And Tommy smiled for the second time that night.
