Summary
This is a collection of small one-off pieces, most of which are inspired by prompts given through the Dragon Age Drunk Writing Circle on Tumblr. They aren't in any particular order, just posting them as I go back through my blog and find them again. Also I sometimes write ficlets in present tense and sometimes in past tense, so this is a mixed bag.

“Are you alright?” he asks, sitting down next to her, albeit more gracefully.
“Yeah,” she says, and reproachfully adds, “you know, I’ve had almost an entire bottle of wine.”
Fenris knows. She’s been Champion for all of three weeks, and that means even the burden of working life has not yet made the stingy patrons of the Hanged Man forget to toast Hawke, the city’s saviour. Besides, Fenris knows a thing or two about disinfecting wounds, physical or otherwise, with the harsh sting of alcohol. But he is not a hypocrite, so he helps in the only way he knows how, by staying at her side while the bartender pours another, long past when she should have gone home.
“Good thing, too, otherwise that would have hurt a lot more.”
She leans back to laugh again and Fenris deftly catches her arm to prevent her from dashing the back of her head on the step above. “Good thing I’ve got plenty to cushion my fall.”

“You know, you really ought to get a hat,” she murmurs, sliding next to him as he passes the apothecary a coin in exchange for a small pouch. The merchant nods at her with a murmured “Herald”, and Solas thanks him.
“I have no need for one,” he replies with a half-smile as they walk towards another stall, “I am perfectly warm.”
She snorts and playfully lays a hand on his shiny head, and is shocked that it is indeed warmer than she expected. He jerks away from her touch, then, and fixes her with a mildly reproachful look as his fingers catch the hand that she has quickly drawn away from his head.
