Aleks and Natasha Romanoff, with the help of Maria Hill, do their best to stop Tony Stark's rapid decline in health. Between his gung-ho attitude due to the situation alongside outside forces stirring up trouble, the three have their hands full.
Our Widows are determined to see this mission through, and clean up their ledgers along the way. Though it's well known that paving with good intentions doesn't always make the ride any smoother.

Tony Stark is no stranger to being stuck in his own head. On a good day, that head contains the ingenuity which built an AI-equipped robot at the age of sixteen and the tenacity which turned a death sentence into a superhero origin story. On a bad day, Tony’s mind is a prison, replaying his failures and highlighting his faults with unerring precision. For wasn’t it that same ingenuity and tenacity which created Ultron?
Learning the truth about his parents’ deaths catalyzed a spiral of bad days, dragging Tony down, down, down, deep into the darkest corners of his mind. But even caged by the mammoth weight of depression, there’s a small spark within him still clinging to life. That spark flares brighter whenever he wakes up next to Pepper. Catches a ride with Happy. Sees Rhodey walk. The spark might flare in exasperation whenever he receives a text from Peter Parker, but Tony can’t deny the joy every inane video and incomprehensible meme brings.
So, yes. Tony Stark is no stranger to being stuck in his own head. But luckily, he has an amazing family to pull him back out.

And then they sleep together.
It's been going on for a while, but who's counting.

Bucky and Winter are both in love with Tony, and the three of them are enjoying a peaceful and lovely relationship, working on each others problems together. Bucky can't handle being around Steve as the man only talks about the past, trying to get the good ol' Bucky Barnes back and get rid of everything Hydra did, including Winter. So, every time Steve is around the one in control is Winter.
Steve thinks Tony made something to control Winter and Bucky, so he asks Wanda to make a separation spell. It works and now there is two Buckys. The winter soldier and James Barnes.
