"El Descanso de la Monotonía" nos muestra una vida alternativa de los personajes MUCHO DESPUÉS de todo lo sucedido en el Cartoon. Obviando la muerte de Papaleta (lo que me cogió totalmente fría) los muchachos se han convertido en adolescentes adultos con ciertas dificultades que acarrearon desde su pasado. ¿Algunos maduraron o simplemente se quedaron estancados? No olvidemos que Mordecai maduró incluso al final de la serie y fue Rigby quien sí lo logró con el paso de los episodios (totalmente irónico). Espero que les guste esta historia, NO ESTA PERMITIDO EL PLAGIO NI NINGUNA OTRA ADAPTACIÓN.

No sé cómo sucedió, ni como termine haciendo esto pero de alguna forma u otra tuve ganas de hacer un fanfic/crossover de Enredados versión Regular Show.
En fin, espero que les guste. Al principio me causo gracia imaginarme a Rigby como Rapunzel con el cabello largo y rubio, a Mordecai haciendo del Papel de Eugene (Flynn Rider) xD y a Skips como el villano de este crossover.
Bien… ¡A trabajar!

Mordecai y Rigby, junto a Musculoso y Fantasmin, deberán a ayudar a Eileen con un proyecto de la universidad, el cual consiste en una sesión de fotos y la grabación de un video cover sobre algunas escenas de la película: Maria Antonieta. Mordecai descubre algo más que un disfraz con su nombre en la etiqueta, por lo mismo que Rigby deberá realizar el papel de la protagonista; obligandolo a desviarse del proyecto, asimilando involuntariamente una conducta voyerista.

In this alternate universe where Pop's has a daughter named Penny, she is on her way home after attending Eileen's Christmas sweater party, which became awkward when her friend Mordecai kissed an old flame in front of his girlfriend CJ and left to find her, however since Mordecai also left with the keys to the cart Penny came to the party on, forcing her to take the bus if she want's to get back at the park without walking late in the cold winter night.
However while waiting at the bus stop, someone appears to her upset.

(I wanted to experiment with a friendship-gender-dynamic switch: in a lot of Morby fanfics and fan-art, Rigby gives birth to Mordecai's children which really isn't biologically possible, so I decided to switch the genders up. That way in Part 2 of the story, they can biologically raise a family together which is cute, cute, cute. If you want a gay Morby fanfiction, I'm working on a separate one of those right now, but I worked pretty hard on this one, so at least give it a shot. For anyone who thinks I'm being too hetero-normative, there's an entire disclaimer about this at the beginning of Chapter 1. Anyway, PLEASE READ my story! Thanks!)
