[AU where Iroquois High School and Watt High School are rival schools and they’re like a few miles away from each other and not on either side of the country. this is also in a universe where monster energy exists in 2001 i guess]
Watt High School was the biggest rival school of Iroquois High School ever since the beginning of both schools’ existences. For what reason no one knew exactly, not the students, nor the teachers, or even the school board itself, all they knew was the two schools were meant to hate each other’s guts. But in this instance, four boys, two Iroquois students and two Watt students, decided to love each other’s guts. Namely, by using those guts to show Iroquois High how much the students from both sides hated school in general, no matter the name. It was like their own Romeo and Juliet of depraved teenage boyhood. And the first to witness their massacre? The first ones in the locker room, A.K.A. the jocks. Those stuck-up, good-for-nothing jocks.

dealing with the consequences of your own actions
-----------------------------------------------Alex kind of expected to take himself out. He doubted Eric would be able to do it himself, so he thought he’d just do it for him. A mercy killing, and yet he’d made the boy suffer much more than anything. Even if Eric did die, that was a horrible death. It was no where near instant, but Alex couldn’t get himself to aim say for his head or something. His own selfishness of wanting to just be beside him for a bit longer made him aim lower. He didn’t pierce anything vital, though he could have if his hands would stop shaking for the love of God. Half of it was chance, half of it was his genuine unwillingness deep down.
