·说白了就是工作狂医生和他的工作狂助手（兼家属）在追忆日当天值晚班和夜班的故事ww；因为在微博上看到某位工坊主产了“如果洛根参加追忆日活动”的粮，所以想起自家老婆也不参加追忆日活动且不参加的原因也是房式的坦率wwww，想着要让他搞懂于是才有了这一篇；
·《良方》里一直没刻意告诉医生的秘密被欧老板先说出来了【捂脸】（写老板和医生对话那段为了规避性别刻意不用第三人称代词简直能把人累死啊我说），以及小房的日剧跑【不是】；小叉没在线是因为去陪咕咕了，半夜回诊所的【doge】；
·对自由联盟三镇的追忆日游戏风俗解读完全出自我作为玩家的个人理解，与官方无关；

·故事时间大概是笔者前一份中短篇代餐《爱即良方》中送同心结前的暧昧期，以及塔伦事件过后一个月左右的春末，是以某个梦为契机两口子出门露营的事，老规矩，第二人称叙事且不指定工坊主性别的纯爱日常。
·说是纯爱但大概有尺度微妙略大的吻戏【doge】。
·但是小房难得情绪化地主动一些【doge×2】。
·尊重同担拒否系医生家属的决心，但与其主动挑事不如直接选择不看，不建议自讨没趣。

·标题来自2023年10月番《药屋少女的呢喃》ED2《愛は薬》。去沙石镇当了工坊主之后发现歌词和小房也真是很贴的，刚好小房和壬氏也都是气质偏中性的长发美人【嘶哈】。
·第二人称叙事且不指定工坊主性别的纯爱日常，欢迎各位医生家属自由带入。
·于微博和小红书首发于2024年3月末，本次搬运修正了一些时间上的谬误和名字的误记，因此写作“修正版”。
·每位工坊主推剧情的时间顺序各有差别（行文需要个别段落甚至都没严格按照触发顺序写），主线和支线交织的方式以笔者自己推剧情时的进度为准，并辅以一些受限于系统而无法在游戏中实现的互动演绎，所以千万不要说“啊这和我推剧情的顺序不一样”之类的话。
·以及前期有些剧情的细节已经记不得了又没空开档重来，毕竟主号游戏时间都163小时了所以如果有啥细节出入就请原谅我吧【捂脸】但涉及到游戏选项的段落确实是我在游戏当下做出的选择，反正一看就是个纯i战士才能干出来克制选项，什么叫“喜欢是放肆爱是克制”啊【战术后仰】。

The Builder is helpful, reliable, and quiet. She runs herself ragged for Sandrock, taking on more and more work. The town wouldn't know what to do if she left and she hasn't been there for a full year yet. She listens and works in silence.
Unsuur is used to being on the edge of the crowd. He's used to not being noticed and not being heard. He says he's not smart and that he just wants to do a good job. He watches and listens and keeps to himself.
But the new Builder notices him. And he might be the best person to help her be noticed.
Chapters with smut will have (NSFW) in the title and the smut is segmented to be skippable if that's not your thing.

Picture this: the big city, your dream job, and your first step away from home. Only something goes awry, and you find yourself moments before Logan hijacks the train. You've seen this all before. It's a classic isekai scenario, or interdimensional travel, or some other time-space conundrum. Your problem remains the same, you're stranded in the desert with no way home, adding onto the fact that nobody knows who you are, you can't trust anybody, and the only people you can trust are seemingly never around when you need them.
Armed with nothing but your own wits and knowledge of the plot, you set out to see how much a single person can alter the predetermined fate of Sandrock before things take a turn for the worse. However, saving the town is infinitely more difficult when you have to wrestle with complicated feelings for a certain doctor all while dealing with a bandit that keeps deviating from the script.
For yours and everyone else's sake, you hope you can pull this off.

Along with repairing relationships, and rebuilding Sandrock. Rhiannon learns that things are not as they seem and gets dragged into a whirlwind of events bigger than she ever imagined.
