Carlos Sainz Jr receives the call from Fred Vasseur, the team principal at Scuderia Ferrari, informing him that they would not be renewing his contract for the 2025 season. They would instead be signing Lewis Hamilton, alongside Charles Leclerc. This would mean that Carlos has to spend a year at Ferrari and try to get a seat for 2025.
Charles Leclerc, his current teammate, goes to find Carlos as soon as the news hits the public.
