Summary
“Oh no,” Oscar says in the video, “clubbing isn’t really my thing. I had a bit of a headache as well so I had to decline.” His smile is a bit sheepish and his cheeks carry a blush. Following up on the previous question, the reporter mentions Carlos’ name. The subtle roll of Oscar’s eyes does not go unnoticed. “Mate, I think you’re better off asking Lando these questions,” he says with a laugh. The two drivers next to him join in with a chuckle, which makes Oscar look their way. He then looks at the reporter again and shrugs. “Typical Carlos. Always there to celebrate, huh.”

Summary
It’s strange, this feeling of weight—something in the pit of his stomach, an uneasy mixture of anticipation and nerves. He runs a hand through his hair, pushing it back out of habit, and glances at the monitor above, the flight info still flashing. He can’t stop thinking about what happens when he finally lands, steps off the plane, and sees Oscar again.
They’ve never really talked about what they are, have they?
Carlos knows he definitely hasn’t. For all his certainty on track, he’s never been good at reading between the lines outside of it.

Oscar stepped forward. “That’s not fair—”
“What’s not fair,” Logan growled, “is you climbing into my bed every night like you belong there and then walking out in the morning like I’m nothing.”
Oscar flinched.
“You won’t sit next to me. You actively avoid me in front of our teammates and friends. You won’t look at me during practice. And then you kiss me like it means something and act like it didn’t happen.” Logan’s voice cracked, louder now, furious. “How can we go back to being friends every morning when we just shared a bed?”
Oscar opened his mouth.
Logan cut him off. “How can you look at me and pretend?”
