Oscar felt panic rising. Fuck... He hadn’t thought about that part.
With no time to come up with something decent, he turned his head, his gaze falling on Carlos, who was still watching him with raised eyebrows.
Oh, shit. He was going to regret this.

Oscar placed his drink back onto the table and shrugged, unwilling to give the alpha the satisfaction of knowing he had followed his career. "I’ve heard of you." He bit his lip and decided to take a jab at the cocky alpha. If his ego were to inflate any more he’d fly past the stratosphere. "Little over confident coming into turn 17 in Miami though. You totally missed the braking point and ruined the race for Perez."
Oscar was almost disappointed Carlos did not take the bait, instead he chuckled, a deep, resonant sound. "Well, Oscar Piastri, you look like you belong here more than you let on."

As they watched the ball hit back and forth, Charles had mused this observation aloud to Lily and Rebecca while they sat by the tennis court. Lily had answered, “I think he’s shy.”
Rebecca chimed in with, “I think he has so much to say he’d rather say nothing at all. Well, nothing about himself at least. Nothing vulnerable.”
“I don’t suppose you had that problem with Alex?” he asked Lily.
“No.” She watched as her boyfriend hit the ball with a grunt. “Alex was always easy and open. I think he’s softer than Max though.”

George still shows up to the group session. However, much to Laura’s slight disappointment, he doesn’t respond to anything the whole time. He listens to some, still.
“I talked to my boyfriend last night. He says he misses me but wants me to focus on me right now. And I’m trying! We’re still cool, by the way.”
“I made a new pattern with my rubber bands! See? Look! It’s a star, or maybe a bird! Maybe it’s both.”
“Can I make a complaint about the food here? They all taste like shit.”
“They taste like shit because they are poison. I told you, Max. They are trying to control us. Didn’t you hear me?”
“Actually, Charles, I do hear you. But your opinion is irrelevant, sadly. So. Don’t care.”
“Hey, sweater guy… I like your sweater. Cool color.” George snaps his head up from the hem of his jumper he’s been fiddling with to look at Carlos (he thinks that’s what his name is when Lando has been pointing earlier) next to him.
Laura calls out his name, then. “Would you like to share something today?”
“I’m… okay,” he says quietly.
Or, George gets involuntarily admitted to the psychiatric ward and gets to know some interesting people.
