“I made a new pattern with my rubber bands! See? Look! It’s a star, or maybe a bird! Maybe it’s both.”
“Can I make a complaint about the food here? They all taste like shit.”
“They taste like shit because they are poison. I told you, Max. They are trying to control us. Didn’t you hear me?”
“Actually, Charles, I do hear you. But your opinion is irrelevant, sadly. So. Don’t care.”
“Hey, sweater guy… I like your sweater. Cool color.” George snaps his head up from the hem of his jumper he’s been fiddling with to look at Carlos (he thinks that’s what his name is when Lando has been pointing earlier) next to him.
Laura calls out his name, then. “Would you like to share something today?”
“I’m… okay,” he says quietly.
Or, George gets involuntarily admitted to the psychiatric ward and gets to know some interesting people.
