"Urgh, Brad. Honestly, sometimes I wonder why I even bother," Kyoko huffed, collecting his discarded belongings. The man was an absolute mess, a fact that became irritatingly obvious every time they ended up at this blasted beach. It was a regular haunt when they were trying to track down Player, and every single time, Brad just shook off sand and water like a dog, leaving Kyoko to clean up after him.
"Awh, you're no fair! You're always just sitting there—Why can't you at least clean up!?" she muttered under her breath, glaring at his retreating back.
She rolled her eyes, praying silently to whoever was listening that "that plant man," as she'd mentally dubbed him, wouldn't put up as much of a fight with Player as Brad did with her. If he did, she was going to crash out right there and then. Because, God, this job was exhausting.(this was before they were all togther btw..)
