Anyway, you get to plan his like 490-somethingth Death Day Party because obviously everyone would want some random kid to plan their party instead of planning it themselves because this kid was created with a custom character creator! Except you're not really in control and the few choices you make have no impact on anything. And as a bonus, you get to befriend Moaning Myrtle and then never acknowledge that friendship in any future quest ever!
