Summary

They hunt for the one known as the Star Child, leader and founder of the mythical Blood Guard and is said to possess the soul of a living star.
The problem was that the Star Child was his sister's best friend that had miraculously survived the effects of the Reality Bomb tearing her universe apart. She was saved by the water wielding pirates and a lightning elemental, but the Cabal hunt her at every turn and they will stop at nothing to claim their prize.
The problem was finding her. If you want to hide something then do it plain sight.
