Parts of my AU draw inspiration from those concepts while expanding on them with new interpretations, character dynamics, and themes. But then she meets a weird goth girl in one of the trials, and for some reason she can’t stop thinking about her.
Her spiralling thoughts lead to transgressive actions that go against everything the Legion and the Entity expect of her. But the more Susie pulls away from them, the more she wonders if they were ever good for her in the first place.
