Nikki Blackford and Heather Whitethorn are polar opposites. Nikki is a sporty tomboy with a trickster streak. Heather is a poised femme with a genius level IQ.
They're each the last person they'd consider being friends with, let alone partner up with to save the world.
But fate has other plans as they both meet Mepple and Mipple, fairies from the Garden of Light. They give them the power to transform into the emissaries of light, Cure Black and Cure White to fight against the Dark Zone. They attacked the Garden of Light with their Zakenna, and now plan to invade the Garden of Rainbows- which is on Earth.

Tales and stories of Pretty Cures most underrated and forgotten (for the most part) group of characters in a single group, The Redemptives! A group of the allies of the Pretty Cures who started out on the side of darkness by working for those who were once evil, or even committing evil actions in their lives which they have made up for thanks to their friends in the Pretty Cures. Now they have gotten together as a group to help each other through their issues and be the friends they need who understand them more than even those who saved them because they were in the same boat. They may also help the Pretty Cures in battle should they need to as that's what it means to be a friend, to be a hero, to be a Redemptive.
