Colosso hopped over, glaring. “You’re supposed to be building a villain résumé, Maxie, not rescuing purse ladies.”

There is an island far away from any village or civilization. A place where all the broken, the invisible, the unwanted, the misunderstood, and the castaways call home. The Isle of The Forgotten, a place where everyone is seen and heard, and most importantly, loved. Most of these people are runaways or beings with special magic or abilities that make them unique. And the Isle was about to get a new member.
After leaving Berk for good, Hiccup and Toothless got caught in a violent storm and ended up crashing onto the isle, injured. The leader, Elphaba the “Wicked Witch,” found Hiccup and Toothless and took them to the village to heal them. Hiccup finds more than shelter; he finds others like him. Varian, Angel Dust, Elphaba, Luz, Elsa, and many more, each with a story, a burden, and a second chance. But when new dangers threaten their home, Hiccup must help them unite together or risk losing their only home.

And the thing was, he did. He fully believed she was sorry and she was beating herself up about all of it. Because it had happened before and because Phoebe was a good person who took ownership of her mistakes. Because she was the good sister and he was the bad brother and somehow even after so many years and Max having fully left his plans of ruling the world behind, there was still that distinction there.
He didn’t doubt Phoebe was sorry. He doubted what she was sorry for.
“How many times is it going to take?” he said.
“For what?” Phoebe asked back.
“How many times do I have to prove to you that I’m not a step away from becoming a supervillain again?”
He didn’t want her to answer.
