Summary
After the defeat of Odin, both Kratos and Thor are left with several dilemma: On Kratos's side, he is still struggling with the fate Faye could possibly see in him but willing to see this through, while for Thor, despite his help in defeating Odin, he still finds himself loss, the guilt of everything he had done and the memories of Magni and Modi continuing to haunt him, and is unsure what to do next as the Realms are still struggling to forgive all that he's done, with only Sif and Thrud keeping him going forward as he tries to do real good now.
2 weeks after the end of Ragnarok, Kratos, Thor, Freya, Atreus, Thrud, and Mimir receive a way to resolve their past issues, starting a deeply reflective journey and a gauntlet of battle that will force all of them to grow in numerous ways.

Four years have passed since Ragnarok. As Atreus continues his quest to return the missing Giants to Jotunheim, his path leads him to Greece, and from there into the Underworld where he encounters his father's first child.

Tasked with rebuilding the Nine Realms after Ragnarök, Kratos finds himself remembering fragments of his past, of ghosts he thought were gone and stories he tried to hide. But in order to look to the future, he first needs to fully come to terms with the past. A future that is already there.
Or, each of the realms reminds him of different people and different stories. And sharing it with others makes the weight less. For himself, and his new family.
Chapter 6 & 7: Alfheim. That Freya of all people asked him about Lysandra and Faye was a surprise that was hard to hide. But oddly enough, being Freya (and just her), Kratos had no problem telling her.

He was sure the God's of his homeland were laughing at his misfortune, and his late wives were only laughing harder.
