Janus is allowed to participate in the group, and that is more than enough for them. Almost thirty years of basically not existing right into being able to do their goddamn job at long last? Not too bad of a change up, really, and they aren't going to complain about it any time soon. Patton, however, insists on throwing a wrench into their system- their perfectly functioning, if maybe hypothetically a bit lonely, system. They wished they could be more angry about it than they were.
(In which Janus is accepted, has an identity crisis, and fumbles their way through growth and trust, all the while not nearly as alone as they'd like to convince themself they are.)

Remus and Logan are hoping to find their missing third soulmate.
Remy knows he has two soulmates. He figures that means it'll be twice the work to find them, so he's trying to get started early, but none of the dates he's tried so far have been the ones and he feels discouraged.
Patton isn't really focused on finding his soulmate; he wants to let the universe decide when they meet. Little does he know, the universe already did.
Janus is smitten with his soulmate, but he's afraid he might have messed things up with him before he even knew he had a chance.
Roman has been daydreaming of an amazing romance with the one meant for him since he was a kid.
And Virgil?
Virgil is terrified of finding their soulmate. They'd rather just bicker with Roman in the university library about the meaning of romance in Shakespeare. Which is a totally platonic activity. It's finally here! This is my entry for the 2020 Big Bang!
Patton and Logan have been running a bakery together for years. Their lifes takes a turn when they decide to take on some new hires, leading them to explore their own relationship, and form some new ones.
Shoutout to my artist, birdsongisland for the amazing illustrations that they created!! I'm in love with their drawings, and I'm thrilled to have been able to work with them!
